Slingshot Laser Craft V1

Laser Craft V1 is our light-wind and early-lift wing foil board built to get you on foil faster. A drag-reducing hull and fast-release tail design help the board free itself from the water instantly, so marginal wind turns into real sessions and downwind runs get easier to access.

Riders who want the earliest possible takeoff in light or marginal wind.
Wing foilers looking for maximum efficiency and quick release from the water.
Riders who want a board that accelerates quickly and lifts sooner with less effort.
Anyone who wants a crossover board for wing-foil cruising and downwind-style runs.

RIDER DESIGNED PERFORMANCE

Laser Craft V1 was built for one thing: more time flying when the wind is barely cooperating. By reducing drag and increasing release, it gets on foil sooner and keeps sessions feeling efficient instead of exhausting. That changes what “light wind” means, you start treating it like a real riding day. The shape is tuned for speed build and early lift, while stance adjustability lets you dial it to your foil and your style. Feel The Difference when marginal conditions stop being a limitation. And start being an invitation.

THE FEEL

Laser Craft V1 is built to free itself from the water fast. It accelerates quickly, releases cleanly, and gets you flying in the kind of wind that normally feels like a “maybe.” That means more rideable days and longer sessions. You feel the difference most when the wind is marginal and you’re still up and cruising.

The board is tuned to reduce drag and get moving immediately. It doesn’t feel sticky or slow to release—once you commit, it pops free and starts building speed on foil sooner. That makes takeoffs smoother and more repeatable. Less pumping, more flying.

Laser Craft V1 is designed to be tuned to your style. Foil placement flexibility helps you find the sweet spot for early lift, speed, and control. As you progress, you can keep refining your stance and balance. The board grows with you instead of holding you back.

Board size depends on rider weight, skill, and discipline (wing, kite, wake).
More volume adds stability and easier starts; less volume feels more agile.
If you’re learning, prioritize stability and repeatable takeoffs.
Use the size chart, then fine-tune based on your goals.

Will this board work with my foil?

Most boards use a standard foil track mount system.
Confirm your mast plate and hardware match standard track spacing.
Proper bolt length and washer setup help prevent damage and loosening.
If you’re unsure, contact Support with your foil model details.

Should I ride with straps or strapless?

Strapless is simpler for learning and helps foot placement feel natural.
Straps add control for jumps, higher speed, and locked-in stance.
Many boards support both options so you can evolve your setup.
Start simple, then add straps when you’re ready.

Do I need hardware to mount my foil?

Our boards do not come with mounting hardware, while our masts come with the hardware required to mount your foil to your board.
Check the “What’s Included” section for your exact model.
Using the correct bolts and torque helps protect the tracks and board.
If you need help, Support can confirm the right hardware.
