The Foil Drive Assist MAX+ takes everything that the world loved about our most popular foil assist and evolves it into the latest Gen 2.5 class, turning up thrust, runtime, and safety features to unlock autonomy across all foiling disciplines.

Built around the same proven 43V power, tech, and charging architecture of the Fusion, the MAX+ offers our most durable one piece battery design, all while retaining the compact, lightweight and balanced package that made the original MAX so versatile.

Unlock smaller foils, boards, performance, faster take-off, and more time on the water with tilt-safety cut off features that makes this same retrofit kit so family friendly.

The lightweight balance that made MAX the all rounder remains, while everything around it has evolved.

Sunova x Foil Drive Trench Board!

Designed and tested with the team at Foil Drive, this board was specially created to function with the Gen 2 and Fusion (Gen 2.5) systems. With a larger surface area on the bottom, rolled hard edges, and minimal rocker, this board begins to plane as soon as you press go. But don’t let its friendly appearance fool you, it's an absolute weapon on foil. 

Specifically designed with a softer deck pad to ensure you’re comfortable enough to stay on foil for hours.


Picking the Right Foil for those Kool Skilz:

Over the deep end and ready to dive in? This is the best way to help "Ease" you into foiling...Haha. 

EASE New to foil assist surfing and foiling in general. Pick the Ease Series foils with the largest board option. If you are a smaller rider, downsize the board and front wing to the smaller Ease option.

GLIDE If you are already foiling and working option jibes, letting go of the rope behind the boat or actively wanting to "skip" that first foil beginner blues. I would consider one of the Glide Series foils. 1525 for heavier riders or endless flat water pumping sessions to the 925 for smaller weight riders & stealing wake boat sized (roughly 3') waves. 

 

FLOW If you want maximum glide potential and chasing the idea of downwinders (smallest rolling wind bumps possible) the Flow 1000 is your ticket to ride.
