Finn: The idea for the Skybrid SLS comes from the desire to create a versatile Wing Foil board that bridges the gap between our dedicated Downwinder range and traditional compact Wing Foil board shapes. We wanted to design a board that offers the best of both worlds – efficiency and stability – to cater to a wide range of riding styles and conditions.

Jeffrey: The Skybrid SLS stands out due to its mid-length design, featuring a longer and narrower outline while maintaining a wider nose and tail. This combination results in incredible efficiency and exceptional stability. Constructed with our premium SLS technology, the board also includes longer carbon foil tracks, ensuring minimum weight and increased adjustability.

Finn:  We have focused on creating a board that allows for the earliest flight in light winds and easy take-off also with smaller, more efficient foils. You benefit from the stability of the wider overall area in the tail when starting and floating around but have this effective planning area reduced once you gain forward momentum, reducing drag and enabling you to push the tail in easily for a quick take-off. The beveled rails make take-offs easier and provide more clearance through turns, enhancing the overall maneuverability of the board.
