Shipping

  • All orders are shipping by courier (Fedex, UPS, USPS etc.) and shipped freight for safety. 
  • Customers must ensure that they order well in advance of their desired delivery date. Any delays in transport while the item is in transit does not warrant for a return, especially with the sensitivity in shipping times. 
  • Please note this product has a flat fee shipping charge of $500 p/product. 
  • 0% Financing is available on a 6 month plan! 

Returns and Warranty Policy

  • Cancellation and return shipping fees may apply it the item has shipped and must be redirected back to the facility. 
  • 1 Year manufacturers warranty. 
  • All repairs and defects please contact a member of staff about fees. We will arrange the product to be sent to a "repair facility" for inspection and repairs.

Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day the order is placed. We do our best to get items out as quickly as possible, and are centrally located in Texas so most items will be 2-day shipping even with ground service. Domestic orders to the continental USA are shipped via UPS unless it is a small item. Small items are shipped via USPS. Most International orders are shipped via DHL express.
