Power in Every Ride

One of the challenges with larger wings is maintaining the perfect shape while riding. The Power Batten, located at the rear of the canopy and perpendicular to the strut, is Armstrong's proprietary, patent-pending carbon fiber solution. It keeps a precise airfoil profile across the entire length of the wing, from leading edge to trailing edge, ensuring optimal performance. By improving power generation through the center of the wing and enabling efficient airflow, the Power Batten enhances the wing's signature bat tail outline. With a narrower wingspan and reduced outboard weight, this innovation results in a wing that feels lighter, more balanced, and easier to pump onto foil. Hybrid Carbon Handles – Ultimate Control and Comfort

The Hybrid Carbon Handles (HCH) combine a rigid carbon interior skeleton with a soft, padded exterior, delivering the perfect balance of control and comfort. This innovative design, also found on our XPS wings, offers a lightweight yet ultra-stiff handle that enhances your riding experience. The ergonomic strut shape places the handles in a position that promotes better endurance during your sessions. Plus, the absence of hard edges ensures added safety for both you and your board, making every ride more enjoyable.

• Airframe: Constructed from a new generation of lightweight Dacron, tested polyester Dacron, and Ultra PE woven laminate reinforcements. These materials provide the right balance of lightness and stiffness, helping the airfoil maintain its shape.
