And introducing LIFTX, the first-of-its-kind hybrid board that lets you harness the wind and waves, then switch seamlessly to powered flight. Surf, glide, and ride farther than ever before. 


We have seen and touched these new units and they are amazing.  Drop date will be April 15th an we will have our first shipment of LIFT5 and LIFTX units at both shop on or near that date.  Our first order will be mostly preorder so if you want to get one of the first ones make sure you follow the preorder link below. Here are a few of our favorite things about the new units.  

--Efficient propulsion units, because of the LCS connection between the board and the propulsion there is no longer a base plate and hardware sticking out of the of the bottom of the board, it is totally flat. 
--Lift has also moulded the motor into the mast instead of having a motor pod.  This means that there is NO pod on the front side of the mast which is huge for reducing drag. 
--On the LIFTX there will be two options for motor position (high or low) and the motor has a much smaller diameter (about the size of a silver dollar) and includes an improved folding prop. 
--Run times and power output for both units will be the game changers.

Here are a few answers to common questions about the new board:

1. It is lighter than the LIFT4 and LIFT5
2. It uses a different battery that is smaller than the LIFT5 and lighter than the old LIFT4 light battery
3. You have two motor position options high or low. Because of the small size of the motor and efficient fairing you can surf either position
4. You CAN surf waves with it.
5. You cannot swap batteries between LIFT5 and LIFTX
6. All of your current/old wings WILL work with the LIFTX
7. If you order one from us you will have it in April 2025
8. There are NO water hoses for cooling the system is a direct cooling system
9. Run time is variable but riders are seeing 1hr plus run time with mixed use. Surfers are surfing for 40min and still seeing 40% battery life.
