Flitelab is an assist product unlike any currently on the market. It is a board with an motor/battery integrated into the board (can be removed) weighs in at under 16lbs! The thrust comes out the back of the board so you can use your entire mast height on the waves. The whole unit is LIGHT and you can use any hydrofoil setup on the market. The rumors are a price around $8-8500 so about the same as a foildrive with a board which is what it is...but better in some ways! For prone surfing this may well be the ticket!
